Terms of Service

Welcome to Deevee. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Deevee website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What Deevee Is

Deevee is an online marketplace that connects buyers with wholesale suppliers in the Philippines. Buyers post requests and browse listings; suppliers respond with quotes and offers. Deevee provides the Platform that enables these connections. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and suppliers, and we do not manufacture, store, inspect, ship, or take ownership of any goods listed on the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Deevee. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Buyers & Suppliers

Transactions, negotiations, payments, delivery, returns, and warranties are arranged directly between buyers and suppliers. Deevee does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any goods, the accuracy of any listing, or the ability of either party to complete a transaction. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before entering into any transaction.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or infringing content, or list prohibited or illegal items.
Use the Platform to harass, abuse, spam, or harm other users.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or operational features of the Platform.
Scrape, harvest, or collect data about users without consent, or use bots to access the Platform.
Violate any applicable Philippine law or the rights of any third party.

5. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of the content you post (such as listings, requests, messages, and images). By posting content, you grant Deevee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not violate any law or third-party right.

6. Fees

Deevee is currently offered free of charge while in beta. We may introduce fees for certain features in the future. If we do, we will provide notice before those fees apply to you.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Deevee does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content or listing is accurate or reliable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deevee and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or goods, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or any transaction between users.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
